The purpose of this Privacy Policy ("Policy") is to inform you about the types of information we collect, how we use that information, whether we disclose it to any third party, and your choices regarding our collection, use, and storage of such information.

References contained in this Privacy Policy to "we," "our," or "us" means Koozie Group. When we refer to "you" or "your" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to you, the individual user of kooziegroup.com (the "Site").

1. What information does Koozie Group collect?

The information that we collect from you depends on the activities that you choose to engage in while browsing our Site. When you make an inquiry of us via email, we will collect your first and last name, email address, and any other information you choose to include in your message to us. If you contact us by fax or telephone, we will collect your first and last name, telephone or fax number, and the content of any message you choose to provide us. When you contact us with written correspondence via U.S. mail, we will collect your first and last name, mailing address and the content of the message that you send to us.

If you register for a new account with Koozie Group, we will inquire as to whether you have an existing BIC Graphic account number. If you answer affirmatively, we will collect your BIC Graphic account number, billing zip code, your first and last name, email address, phone number, whether you would like to opt-in to receive special offers and products from Koozie Group, a login name, password, and we will ask you to confirm your password.

Alternatively, if you register for a new account with Koozie Group, but you do not have an existing BIC Graphic account number, we will collect your organization's name, address, country, city, state/province, zip or postal code, your organization's shipping address, whether the organization is a member of any industry associations, whether your organization has done business with any other promotional product suppliers, whether you would like to be contacted by one of our new account ambassadors, and whether you would like to establish credit terms with BIC Graphic. We will also collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and whether you would like us to email you with special offers and products.

When you choose to complete a sales transaction through our Site, we will collect any promotional code that you might have. We will also help you estimate the shipping costs for your shipment by collecting the country where you intend to ship the items, the state/province and zip or postal code. To complete your sales transaction, we will ask you to log into your account or to establish a new account with us. In connection with the check out process, we will collect your Koozie Group account number, purchase order authorization number, and home and work telephone number for purposes of fulfilling the sales transaction.

Should you choose to utilize the functionality on the Site that enables a person to apply for an open employment position with Koozie Group within the United States (Applicant Portal), we collect your name, the title of the position you are interested in, your cell phone number, email, street address, city, state, postal zip code, date of availability, details regarding your preferences for work schedule, employment eligibility, the name of your most recent employer, current employment status and dates of employment, criminal conviction information, qualifications and certifications, and gender. We also permit an applicant to upload a Resume. In some instances, you may be able to apply for an open employment position through a social media network. Under such circumstances, our third-party service provider who maintains the Applicant Portal will receive the personal information required to complete the employment application from the social media network.

We receive aggregate data from social networks based on our overall audience behavior (impressions, engagements, followers) to consider when creating and targeting advertisements. Social networking websites report to us the total number of their website users that have viewed our advertisements. We do not collect or store any of your individual data through social media networks.

If your browser settings authorize the use of internet cookies and you provide us with your consent, we will also collect information from those cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

2. How Does Koozie Group use your Information?

We use the information that we collect from you based upon your engagement of us, as follows:

  • We use your name, email address, telephone number, fax number, mailing address and any other information you provide to us to respond to your general inquiries to us.
  • We use your name, email address, and if required, telephone number, to provide you information about the initiation, processing and confirmation of any sales order you place with Koozie Group.
  • We use your name, email address, billing and mailing address, telephone number, and P.O. authorization number to verify your account and administer customer service to resolve any issues with your order.
  • When you choose to register for an online account with Koozie Group, we use your name, email address, telephone number, and billing and postal address to complete your registration and create your account.
  • With your affirmative consent, we use your name, email address, and billing or postal address to communicate with you about special promotional offers available from Koozie Group. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
  • We use the information we collect from cookies as detailed in our Cookie Policy.
  • Applicant Portal
    • We use the information we collect from the Applicant Portal to: (a) process your application, (b) contact an applicant to schedule an interview, (c) interview an applicant, (d) verify past employment, educational history, and reference information, and (e) to conduct any necessary background check, in accordance with applicable law. As part of any background check process, we will provide the foregoing information to our third-party service provider for purposes of completing any necessary background checks for employment purposes.
    • After your application has been processed and reviewed, Koozie Group retains your applicant file for future employment opportunities you may seek. If you wish to have your applicant file and personal information deleted from our records, please contact: [email protected].

3. How Does Koozie Group Share your Information?

In order to provide the services available through our Site, we contract with third party service providers, who perform services to us, including web and data hosting, payment card processing, and marketing services. We share information about you with these third-party service providers for our operational business purposes. The information we share with these third parties includes your contact information (name, mailing and email address, telephone number), account data, sales transaction information, payment information, and internet activity. We do not permit our third-party service providers to use the information we provide to them for any other purpose other than to render their services to us.

Our Site utilizes the services of an analytics provider, Google Analytics, who deploys their own cookies through our Site and collects statistical information about our Site traffic. This analytics provider aggregates information about overall use of the Site, including which content is most popular among visitors, to detect and troubleshoot issues with the Website, and to optimize your user experience.

4. Retention Schedule for Personal Data

We maintain information such as your name, email address, billing and postal address, work and home telephone number, account number, sales order history until you contact us to delete such information.

5. Does Koozie Group use "cookies"?

The Site utilizes Cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

6. Third Party Links

Our Site contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Koozie Group. These websites are provided for your general informational purposes only. Please note that we are not responsible for any content, information, business, or privacy practices of any websites that are owned, controlled, and maintained by third parties. You are encouraged to carefully review the applicable privacy policy of any third-party website. Under no circumstances will Koozie Group be held liable or responsible for any information, privacy, or business practices of any third party website.

7. Privacy Policy Regarding Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or otherwise market to children under the age of 13. Users of our Website must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise classified as a minor, you should not provide information to us. If a child has provided us with personal information, that child's parent or guardian should contact us using the information provided below to delete such information from our records.

8. Accessing, Changing, or Suppressing Your Personal Information

If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, or delete any of the personal information you have provided to us, please contact us via any one of the methods provided below under the heading "Contact Us" in this Privacy Policy. Koozie Group reserves the right to update this Policy in our discretion. Whenever we choose to update our Policy, we will also update the "Last Modified Date" included at the top of this document. Any updates are effective upon the date of posting unless otherwise specified. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to routinely check this Policy for any updates. In the event that we make a material change in the manner in which we collect, use, or disclose the information that we have collected through this Site, we will post a notice on the main page of the Site. We utilize a third party analytics service provider for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, which includes gaining knowledge regarding where visitors to our Site originate, the content, features, and functions these visitors most often utilize for purposes of optimizing and improving the user experience on our Site. Our analytics provider grants us access to reports that provide the foregoing insights in to visitors to our Site on an aggregated basis.

Statement Regarding Business' Knowledge of Selling or Sharing Personal Information of Consumers under 16 Years of Age

Koozie Group has no actual knowledge that it is selling or sharing personal information that belongs to consumers who are under the age of 16.

These third party service providers provide us with data hosting services that enable us to store our data on their servers. When you provide personal information to us on our Site, this data is stored on our web hosting provider's servers and transferred to us to respond to depending upon the nature of your request. For example, if you submit an inquiry of us through the Site, your information will be captured and stored on the third party web hosting provider's server and then transmitted to us for purposes of responding to your inquiry.

As it pertains to customers and consumers, the only sensitive personal information that we collect and process, which occurs through a third party payment card processor, is payment card information, to the extent that you choose to purchase a product on or through our Site.

A California consumer has the right to request certain information from a business such as Koozie Group that collects personal information, including: (1) the categories of personal information the business has collected, (2) the categories of sources the business has collected personal information from, (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing personal information, (4) the categories of third parties the business discloses personal information, and (5) the specific pieces of personal information in has collected about the consumer.

Information on Koozie Group's Verification Process For Data Rights Requests

Except where we receive a "Do Not Track" signal from a browser, which is immediately construed as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information, for all California data requests that we receive, we will collect the information that you provide to us in the applicable web form, email, physically mailed correspondence, or when you make such a request over the form and we will provide you with an email confirming our receipt of the request. We will verify the information that you have provided to us in connection with such a data request against information that we have on file for the applicable account. Where we are able to confirm the pieces of information, we will respond to your data request with the applicable information within the time frames required by law. If we are unable to verify the authenticity of your request or an exception applies where Koozie Group is not required to fully honor a request, we will provide you notice of this determination via email.

Data Requests From Authorized Agents

If a consumer chooses to utilize an authorized agent to submit a Request to Delete, Request to Correct, or a Request to Know, the authorized agent must provide Koozie Group with proof that the consumer gave the agent signed permission to submit the request. The consumer will also be required to verify their own identity with Koozie Group and will need to directly confirm with Koozie Group that they provided the authorized agent with permission to submit the request.

Explanation for How Opt-Out Preference Signals will be Processed

We will handle "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers, which are generally applied through a web browser's settings, as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we will apply for the specific device identification number captured in connection with such a signal.
